TGS Consulting respects the security of our client’s information. The privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information

The security of our client’s information is the over-riding factor in TGS Consulting’s privacy policy. Because we build custom websites linked to client specific MYSQL databases, we clearly understand the sensitivity of the client’s data. It is TGSC’s policy to never disclose a client’s information to anyone not approved by the client.

Client information can be collected via a variety of means. Examples being, but not limited to, meeting notes, email, transferred digital media, written correspondence, existing website, and existing database. All tangible information will be labeled as client confidential and stored in a secured location. Upon written request, the information will be returned to the client and deleted from TGS Consulting’s files.

It is also the policy of TGS Consulting to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements with all clients. There are two basic reasons for a Non-Disclosure Agreement. First is to officially commit to the protection of the client’s data. Second is clearly articulate the parameters of that protection. Each client needs to feel secure that their information is safe with TGS Consulting and that all appropriate safeguards are in place.

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time and for any reason. Client’s will be alerted 30 days prior to the effective date of the changes. Notification will be via email and will be made to the individual identified in the Non-Disclosure Agreement.
